Districtwide maintenance and repairs including roof repairs and roof replacements for all campuses, HVAC unit replacements, HVAC duct cleaning and replacement, and HVAC control system upgrade, parking lot repairs for all campuses, electrical meter consolidation in HS, asbestos abatement at HS and install new flooring, renovate non-compliant restrooms, new generator for technology and food service, painting and joint repair for all campuses, repair and seal exterior walls for all campuses, upgrade LED lighting for all campuses, upgrade sewage at administration and MS, new furniture, new band instruments and renovate performing arts and increase storage space.
