CTE Organizations

The following student associations provide members with educational and leadership development activities to merge with the academic classroom program. They are an integral part of the classroom instructional program which provides:
  • Occupational Competencies in related fields
  • Leadership abilities
  • Social and business etiquette
  • Understanding and appreciation of civic responsibility
  • Networking with the business community


Business Professionals of America (BPA)
The student association that contributes to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the advancement of academic and business technological skills for students.

The National FFA Organization (FFA)

A student association for those enrolled in agricultural science and technology programs.

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America(FCCLA)
Aimed primarily for students enrolled in home economics courses. This is the only campus-based organization with its central focus on the family.

This student organization facilitates trade and industry education for students enrolled in trade, technical, and
industrial programs.

Technology Student Association (TSA)
The student association for technology education that encourages students to achieve in areas such as bio-related technology, communication, construction, computer applications, manufacturing, energy, power, and

National Vocational Honor Society (NVHS)
The nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school vocational students who have demonstrated excellence in the area of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
