Public Information Request

The Public Information Act (PIA) gives the public the right to request access to government information. The request must ask for information already in existence. The PIA does not require Tuloso-Midway ISD to create new information, perform legal searches, or answer general questions.

Requesting Information
Requests for information must submitted in writing and contain the following information:

  • Your name and contact information including email address and phone number.
  • Provide a heading for your correspondence that reads “Public Information Request” or “Open Records Request”
  • Provide a range of the records requested.
  • Provide a detailed description of the information and/or document(s) being requested.
