About Proposition B: Student and Teacher Devices
Prop B would purchase new technology devices for students and teachers for classroom and home use.
Currently, Tuloso-Midway ISD does not have 1-to-1 devices for its students.
Approximately 67% of the current device inventory ranges from 3 to 10 years old, placing a significant portion of our fleet at or beyond its recommended lifecycle.
Device purchases will be made in phases rather than all at once. This approach allows the district to create a sustainable replacement cycle, avoid large future budget spikes, and ensure technology remains current and reliable for students and staff.
